Code of Ethics for Qualified Cyber Welfare Instructors
Being a Qualified Cyber Welfare Instructor means taking on the responsibility of guiding individuals and organizations toward conscious digital citizenship. Our approach puts the human being at the center of technology: for this reason, your conduct must reflect the values of transparency, empathy, and scientific rigor that define our Framework.
This Code of Ethics outlines the fundamental principles that every instructor must adhere to in order to maintain their qualification and ensure the excellence of the educational path.
1. Integrity and Professional Responsibility
The instructor commits to providing accurate, up-to-date information based on the evidence collected by the Cyber Welfare Research section.
- No Alarmism: We avoid motivating users through fear. Our mission is empowerment, not alarmism.
- Aggiornamento Costante: In a world that changes every six months, the instructor has a duty to keep their skills and digital posture alive.
2. User Centrality and Inclusivity
The Cyber Welfare Framework is inclusive by definition. The instructor must be able to adapt their language to the level of the interlocutor (from FL1 to FL5).
- Respect for Level: A beginner (FL1) is not to be judged. Every mistake is a learning opportunity, not a reason for mockery.
- Common Language: The instructor commits to using the official Glossary to avoid ambiguity and communication barriers.
3. Confidentiality and Evidence Protection
The certification process is based on the verification of documentary evidence. This requires an absolute pact of trust between instructor and student.
- Data Management: The instructor handles the evidence provided by students (screenshots, logs, documents) with the utmost confidentiality and in full compliance with the GDPR and the principles of Cyber Welfare.
- Professional Secrecy: No sensitive information obtained during the validation of a diploma can be disclosed or used for purposes other than the certification itself.
4. Honesty in Certification
The credibility of the Cyber Welfare Diploma depends on the rigor of the evaluation.
- Real Validation: The instructor certifies only after verifying the actual existence of the required documentary evidence. “Shortcuts” that compromise the quality of user protection are not allowed.
- Conflict of Interest: The instructor must promptly report any situation in which their objectivity might be compromised.
5. Impegno verso il Benessere Digitale
The final goal is not technical perfection, but the well-being of the person.
- Sustainability: The instructor promotes solutions that are sustainable over time for the user, balancing security and usability.
- Ethics of Technology: We encourage a critical view of the digital world, helping users understand the social and psychological impact of their online actions.
Acceptance of the Code
The qualification of “Cyber Welfare Instructor” is subject to the daily acceptance and observance of these points. Together, we are building a digital ecosystem that is safer, more human, and resilient.
