Frequently asked questions

What exactly is the Cyber Welfare Framework?

It is your strategic compass: instead of giving you scattered advice, it organises your growth into five incremental levels, from FL1 (Basic/Critical) to FL5 (Expert/Guide), ensuring you build a solid foundation before moving on to more complex challenges.

How do I know which level to start from?

The best way is to use the Self-Assessment tool: it helps you understand your current digital resilience and suggests the most suitable starting point for you in the program.

What are the three pillars Skills, Awareness and Secure Behavior?

Security is not just technical: to be truly protected you must know what to do (Skills), understand why you do it (Awareness) and actually do it in your daily life (Secure Behavior). Our model analyses and trains all three of these aspects.

How do I obtain the Certification Diploma?

Watching videos is not enough: our certification is based on the validation of evidence. You email us documented proof — such as screenshots or configurations — demonstrating the practical application of the recommendations and, once you pass the final test, the diploma is yours.

What is the Online Register and who can see it?

It is the official register of Cyber Welfare graduates: once certified, your diploma is recorded there. You keep full control, though: via the unique link we provide, you can choose whether to make your achievement public or keep it private.

Do I need to create an account on this site?

No: the site is a free informational resource and there is no need to register to read the content. You will, however, need an account on our external LMS platform to follow the courses, and you will use your email to interact with us for certification purposes.

Is the program free?

Currently, joining the program and obtaining the certification are free of charge, thanks to private funding and the proceeds from our specialist online courses. Any future changes will be communicated with full transparency.

How is my data handled, and can I reuse the materials?

We follow the principle of minimisation: we only ask for your Name, Email and Language. For cookies and consent you will find the Confianz widget at the bottom right of every page — your command centre for privacy. The materials are released under the Creative Commons 4.0 Attribution – NonCommercial licence: you can share and reuse them, provided you cite the source and do not use them commercially.
