What exactly is the Cyber Welfare Framework?
It is your strategic compass. Instead of giving you scattered advice, the Framework organizes your growth into 5 incremental levels (from FL1-Beginner to FL5-Master), ensuring you build a solid foundation before moving on to more complex challenges.
How do I know what level to start at?
The best way is to use the Self-Assessment tool. It will help you understand your current “digital resilience” and suggest the most suitable starting point for you in the Program.
What do the three Models (Competence, Awareness, Behavior) mean?
Security is not just technical. To be truly protected you must:
- Know what to do (Competence);
- Understand why you do it (Awareness);
- Actually do it in your daily life (Behavior).
Our model analyzes and trains all three of these aspects.

📜 Certification and Online Register
How do I get the Certification Diploma?
Watching videos is not enough. Our certification is based on the validation of evidence. You will need to email us documented proof (such as screenshots or configurations) that demonstrate the practical application of the recommendations. Once you pass the final test, the diploma will be yours.
What is the Online Register and who can see it?
It is the official registry of Cyber Welfare graduates. Once certified, your diploma will be registered there. You have total control: you can choose whether to make your achievement public or keep it private, managing visibility options via the unique link we will provide you.
🔐 Access, Privacy, and Costs
Do I need to create an account on this site?
No. This WordPress site is a free informational resource. There is no need to register to read the content. You will, however, need an account on our external LMS platform to follow the courses and you will use your Email to interact with us for the certification.
Is the program free?
Currently, participation in the program and the issuance of the certification are free, thanks to private funding and the proceeds from our specialist online courses. Any future changes will be communicated with maximum transparency.
How are my data and cookies managed?
